The creation of a fully interactive Vartelus system in a single language and for one brand as a pilot system, comprehensive testing including user acceptance testing, continual updating, and ‘ready to deploy’ is completed within three months.
If we are creating the system in other languages, and brands, we can undertake this work in tandem with the pilot development but a fully developed international system, to include cultural translation, will be completed within six months.
Firstly, we need to understand the use case from which we develop a ‘scope of service’ that may include multiple brands and languages. Once approved, the conversational and navigational pathways will be developed and we will need your medically approved information and data to configure the system.
Medical approval should be relatively straightforward as all the information you give us will most likely have been approved already and probably being used with HCPs and patients. For new information and data this will have to be medically approved before we input it into Vartelus.
In terms of conversations, and style of communication, we can gather this information from your product FAQs and from your in-field teams – they should know what HCPs are saying and asking in the relevant countries.
Vartelus is a dynamic system that will continuously develop and advance, changes can be made rapidly to make sure that HCPs and patients have the latest and most relevant information.
